PURCHASE POLICIES

All class purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable. All packages and classes are activated on the date of first use (not the date of purchase). If you’d like to be reminded that your package is about to expire or that you’re about to use your last class in a package, please make sure we have your email address correct in our system. Extensions on packages may be granted to those facing unexpected medical complications.

STUDIO POLICIES

Please remove your shoes and silence your cell phone upon entering the studio. No food or glass is permitted inside the practice studios. Once inside the studio please keep talking to a minimum and respect others trying to sit in quiet. Make sure to give your teacher your respect and full attention. Bring a smile and have fun!

LATE ENTRY & EARLY DEPARTURE POLICIES

10-minute grace period is allowed for late entries, given that class is not substantially full. Please enter very quietly and do not disturb anyone or make anyone move when entering. Remain seated in the back of the room until any initial breathing exercises or seated meditation has finished, and the room is moving. Please respect the authority and discretion of the teacher—they have the best interests of the entire group in mind. If you need to leave class early, please tell the teacher before class begins. Put your mat near the door. Exit quietly.

STORAGE POLICIES

Mat Storage is free for a student with a monthly unlimited yoga package or annual Rise membership! Mat Storage is $10 per month for all other students. In order to be able to keep this service available, we do clean out our storage facilities regularly. If you do not have mat storage, please remove your mat, or it may be donated or discarded. If a big clean out is coming up – don’t worry – we’ll email you and let you know at the front desk. *All Student must purchase and extend their Mat Storage at the studio.
